Mick Foley, WWE TLC and more become “Jeopardy” questions
Contestants on the Friday night edition of “Jeopardy” got a little taste of what it takes to be a part of the WWE Universe. After all, it’s not every day that you hear game show host Alex Trebek utter the magical words: “Mr. Socko.”
With “Pro Wrestling” as a category, contestants stepped into the WWE Universe with questions related to WWE Hall of Famer Andre the Giant, as well as Mick Foley, who shared his joy via Twitter.
And with WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs 2018 a week away, the most dangerous — and exciting — contest was also referenced. As the $600 question, Trebek asked, “A 2018 WWE PPV was ‘TLC: Tables, Ladders’, These, which somehow end up being used as a weapon a lot; Wait, isn’t that illegal?”
Sure, “chairs” was the answer, but contestants forgot to add that WWE TLC airs live Sunday, Dec. 16, streaming live at 7 ET/4 PT on the award-winning WWE Network.
